» COMPANY POLICY

OFFICE HOURS
Our office staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Please contact us during normal business hours with any inquiries you may have. Inquiries received after hours will be responded to on the next business day.

LIVE SUPPORT
Our secure live support enables you to speak in real time with an A Walsh Imaging representative via our website. Web visitors can utilize this free service to inquire on our company, products and services or to place an order for supplies or even schedule a service appointment. Live online support is available Monday through Friday 7am-7pm.

EMERGENCY SERVICE
Our company provides on-call premium emergency service to our clients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 973-616-7100.

CURRENCY
All products and services are priced in US Dollars, and the amount you pay in your own currency is calculated by the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. Please note that all refunds, like purchases, are based on the amount paid in US Dollars. The fluctuating nature of the exchange rates may alter the end result, and this is unfortunately outside of our control.

APPOINTMENTS
Service appointments can be scheduled by arranging a next appointment date with your Service Technician, submitting an online service request or by contacting us.

CANCELING APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to keep your service appointment, we ask that you kindly contact us and provide notice as soon as possible. This will make it possible to give your appointment to another client. It will also give you the opportunity to reschedule for a date that is more convenient for you. A Walsh Imaging does not impose a penalty fee for cancelled appointments.

SERVICE CONTRACTS
We offer fully customizable, economical and competitive service contracts. Service contracts can be arranged for digital, processor and x-ray equipment and can include routine maintenance, parts and hourly service. Most service contracts are for a length of (1) year. However, customized time-frames may also be agreed upon. Clients who sign a service contract receive discounted rates, which are guaranteed for the life of the contract.

SERVICE GUARANTEE
Your radiographic investment is essential to keeping your practice running smoothly, safely and efficiently. When your service is interrupted or your equipment is in need of repair, you expect a reasonable and timely response. To ensure that we provide this to you, A Walsh Imaging has implemented a SERVICE GUARANTEE, because our clients are our top priority.

The A Walsh Imaging SERVICE GUARANTEE promises that:

● We will provide timely and courteous customer service.
● We will make every attempt to provide your requested service by the date agreed upon.
● We will make a concerted effort to provide you with an accurate bill.
● We will respect your property, facility and radiographic investment.
● We will conduct ourselves with the utmost respect for you, your staff and your patients.
● We will do everything possible to right any "wrong" you may have encountered.

If you are ever not happy we want to know. If our employees inadvertently damage your property we will initiate a prompt and mutually agreeable resolution of the problem. Please contact us whenever you have a concern with or a question about our service. We encourage you to take our online survey. Your comments will help us serve you better.

DELIVERY POLICY
This delivery policy applies only to non-equipment (film, chemistry and accessories) orders, as equipment orders are usually arranged according to an agreed upon time by both parties. We staff a full-time in-house delivery operator to process your deliveries. All orders are expedited promptly. To cancel, make changes to or confirm/track your order please contact us. Clients are welcome to place an online order.

We offer several delivery and shipping methods:

● Regular delivery
Delivery will occur the next time we are within your vicinity. This option should not be requested for emergency orders. Regular deliveries incur a fee of $12 for NJ; and $15 for NY, CT and PA.

● Emergency delivery
Same day delivery for orders received by 8:30am and next business day delivery for orders received after 8am. Emergency deliveries incur a fee of $30 for NJ; and $35 for NY, CT and PA.

● Delivery w/ next scheduled service
These deliveries incur no charge. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Adequate time is necessary to coordinate delivery with your technician.

● UPS Shipping
Orders processed via UPS Ground shipping, depending on your location, are usually delivered within 1 to 4 business days. Shipping fees are calculated per weight, destination and include a nominal handling fee. Upon request, orders can be shipped UPS Next Day.

● National/Global Shipping
Domestic and Global shipments can be processed via a global shipping company or a freight forwarding agent. Please contact us to make arrangements.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a product, please call 973-616-7100 within 5 business days of receiving the product. Made-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Radiographic equipment can not be returned for refund or exchange under this return policy. To arrange for the removal of your recently installed radiographic equipment please contact us. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, A Walsh Imaging will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to A Walsh Imaging within 14 business days of the issuance of the return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A Walsh Imaging will assess a 20% restocking fee on any returnable product. Clients are responsible for any fees associated with returning the product. Please note that we do not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

● Film processing chemicals.
● Opened boxes of radiographic film.
● Contrast media.
● Made-to-order, personalized or other customized products.
● Opened memory, including storage devices such as memory sticks.
● Opened software or electronic software downloads.
● Software Up to Date Program Products (software upgrade subscription product).
● Radiographic equipment is not covered by this return policy.
● IMAGING FOR THE CURE™ products are not covered by this return policy.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
A Walsh Imaging will pass on to our clients any OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standard warranty, if any, for parts and service. Extended parts and service warranties may be available for purchase, dependant on the product. You will receive notification of your product warranty prior to purchase. You are welcome to submit an online quote request. To inquire on a product's warranty or your remaining coverage time please contact us.
