ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (POSITION OPEN) View or hide position details.
This position entails the maintaining and processing of all aspects of our client accounts; as well as providing support to executive, sales and service personnel. Individuals interested in this position must be highly organized and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need strong secretarial, computer, writing and analytical skills and must work easily with others. A candidate for this position must also exhibit the following traits: Tact and patience, a neat appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities: (listed in alphabetical order; may include but not limited to)
• General office duties such as filing, copying, faxing, e-mailing and shredding
• Greet and host company visitors
• Maintain customer files
• Manage business phone calls
• Manage and process collection services
• Process payments, credits, refunds and rebates
• Process service tickets, orders for clients, and orders with vendors
• Provide account assistance and non-technical customer support
• Schedule and prepare for company meetings

This position entails the acquisition and execution of sales leads, manage and provide assistance to current clients and collaboration with executive, office and service personnel. Individuals interested in this position must be highly organized and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need strong communication, computer, writing and analytical skills. You must also possess a valid driver's license in good standing. A candidate for this position must also exhibit the following traits: Tact and patience, a neat appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Achieve annual goals

This position entails the administering of on-site technical support regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of x-ray processing equipment; as well as collaboration with executive, office and sales personnel. Individuals interested in this position must be highly organized, possess technical experience and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need strong communication, technical, electrical,
and analytical skills; be in good health; and possess physical strength. You must also have a valid driver's license in good standing. A candidate for this position must also exhibit the following traits: Tact and patience, a neat appearance, willingness to learn and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities: (listed in alphabetical order; may include but not limited to)
• Deliver and pick-up materials
• Inform clients and non-clients of products and services
• Install, maintain and repair x-ray processing equipment
• Interact with clients regarding their equipment and service
• Load and unload equipment and supplies
• Maintain client accounts
• Perform Quality Assurance testing and inspections
• Possess your own tools
• Schedule service appointments
• Submit service tickets
• Submit expense and job sheets
• Trouble shoot x-ray processing equipment
Educational & Training Requirements:

• 1+ years experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Electrical knowledge

WAREHOUSE CLERK View or hide position details
This position entails the maintaining of the warehouse and processing all aspects of inventory; as well as providing support to executive, office, sales and service personnel. Individuals interested in this position must be highly organized and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need strong communication, computer and analytical skills; be in good health; and possess physical strength. You must also have a valid driver's license in good standing. A candidate for this position must also exhibit the following traits: Tact and patience, a neat appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities: (listed in alphabetical order; may include but not limited to)
• Assist with taking, maintaining and rotating inventory
• Assist technicians with equipment and supplies
• Fill and process all outgoing shipments
• Load and unload equipment and supplies
• Inform supervisor of stock replenishment needs
• Manage and process collected fixer and maintain processing station
• Manage and process chemicals to manufacturer specifications (100% strength)
• Maintain and process disposal of x-ray film
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly manner
• Perform scheduled, unscheduled and emergency deliveries
• Pick up and deliver freight from and to other locations
• Process equipment and supply returns
• Process orders for inventory replenishment as directed
• Receive and process all incoming shipments
• Verify freight with invoice and purchase orders
Educational & Training Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Experience a Plus
• Forklift Operating
